Meet the founding Digital Disruptors
Indi Tatla
Growth, go to markets and tech, over 16 years in a startup or scale up tech company. Ranging from logistics, eCommerce, events, fintech and accounting tech.Most of the things I've worked on (corporate, in consultancy and as an entrepreneur) have been forms of technology or market propositions that are market-defining. Tricky things, where someone won't know what they're searching for on google. I've acquired a good handle on how to grow a business from a zero-base - and how to tell the brand story along the way. I've also made some very good connections who have helped me get to where I am.Looking back so far, I'm proud to be ranked the Chartered Institute of Marketing’s Fast Track Marketer of the Year in 2013 and selected by the Marketing Academy as 1 of only 30 Scholar’s in the UK in 2012. Also more recently an alumni of the Startup Leadership Programme 2020 - an invaluable network for aspiring entrepreneurs.My latest achievement is leading the M&A deal process for the sale of AREX to Bankable in 2023.

Self proclaimed supergeek. Passionate about finance and technology, although wouldn't say no to a round of golf.Chartered Accountant with over 14 years helping owner managers grow their business. Specialist in cloud accounting technology that makes life easier for all. Helps deliver digital transformation projects that deliver flexibility, efficiencies and real time business insights.

I have a passion for tech, waffle on about it adnauseam on my podcast, and have a ridiculously encyclopedic knowledge of the accounting and audit tech scene. Beware, I have opinions and I am willing to share.Disorganised, easily bored and not a fan of mundane tasks. Give me a challenge or a problem to solve and I will smash it.Oh, and I'm a real qualified accountant, so I can do adding up and stuff. I don't do tax returns - way too boring
